Early Morning Moringa latte

Whenever you need a break from your daily coffee or Matcha!
Make this frothy 4-ingredient Moringa latte instead! Completely caffeine-free and super charged with nutrients!

I don't drink coffee and I rarely drink Matcha. I had a short period this summer when I got completely Matcha addicted and had it each and every day for about a month. Even though I enjoy the taste of this wonderful green tea I still don't like the fact that it has caffeine.

This Moringa latte is great for those days when you crave the comfort of a warm beverage,
but prefer to keep it caffeine-free. Moringa is a green leaf that's considered a super food!
It contains a lot of antioxidants and is an excellent source of iron and magnesium. It’s jam-packed with Vitamin A and Vitamin E. Moringa has so many benefits but is especially good for healthy skin and the immune system. It's also supposed to help with stress and fatigue.

How is Moringa able to provide an energy boost without caffeine?

If you've ever tried Moringa, you know it provides a noticeable energy boost within a few minutes. At the same time Moringa can support restful sleep when taken before going to bed. So how is this possible?

First off, Moringa really is completely caffeine free. The energy boost is therefor different than after a cup of Matcha latte or coffee. Caffeine will stimulate our brain and actually restrict blood flow to the brain, by about 25%. Moringa on the other hand will increase your focus and concentration levels due to all the nutrients found in the leafs. Just like eating a salad full of good stuff will fuel you body in the right way, Moringa will bring your body tons of great nutrients and provide an energized feeling.

The secret to Moringa’s energy boost can be found in its unique combination of nutrients,
in particular the combination of B vitamins, as well as a high amount of magnesium and potassium. Vitamin B greatly increases the absorption of magnesium and potassium in your body. This results in muscle relaxation, relief from anxiety, depression and headaches.
Another great thing is that the high amount of Vitamin B1 helps convert sugar into energy, giving us a nice energy boost!

There's also an abundance of other nutrients present in Moringa, such as antioxidants and a variety of other vitamins. Moringa is said to be the most nutritious plant ever discovered.
It's actually the most powerful natural multi-vitamin and antioxidant on Earth! It contains more than 92 nutrients and 46 types of antioxidants. Moringa has almost all the vitamins found in fruits and vegetables and mostly larger proportions. 36 anti-inflammatories, 18 Amino Acids and 9 Essential Amino Acids!

Moringa is basically a natural beauty product that will rejuvenate your skin and boost you metabolism! No plant has a greater concentration of Zeatin than the Moringa plant. In fact, Moringa has several thousand times more Zeatin than any other known plant!! Zeatin is linked to anti-aging or better explained: the slowing down of aging processes in the human body.

Moringa is also a natural hunger suppressant. It helps stimulates the metabolism and is said to work as a natural fat burner.

But how does all of this work?

Well, it provides the body with the necessary nutrients to satisfy hunger. Simple as that. Our body doesn't need plenty of food and especially not the amounts of food that we're all used to eating nowadays.

This is why there's plenty of weight loss products made from Moringa. It's basically just pure powdered moringa extract.

I don't believe in quick fixes or diet pills, not even the natural ones. I think it's all about finding an enjoyable lifestyle that is sustainable for you!
