Sometimes the simplest things are the most successful. This recipe is adapted from mariaushakova.com. This is the kind of thing you can make whenever you're in a hurry. I used a mandolin and I literally took me 5 minutes to make this dish. If you want to make it a bit more filling you can just add some quinoa but the avocado that I added was enough for me. :)

Plant crush of the month - Turnip

Hello guys! The plant crush continues, this months star will be the turnip! Turnip is a cruciferous vegetable just like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, arugula and kale. Turnips provide a high amount of nutrients for a low amount of calories. I havent cooked with turnips before to be honest with you so this will be super exiting to use something totally new for me.

Cauliflower plantcrush - Spicy buffalo cauliflower tacos

Hey guys! It's time for my last cauliflower plant crush! This time I've created a recipe from scratch. As I said in the last plant crush post I wanted to make something a little bit more advanced since the other two recipes I tried was very quick and easy to make. As you also know I'm a big fan of food that you can eat with your hands so I decided to make raw tacos but with a small twist! During Superbowl last week I saw a lot of people making cauliflower buffalo wings so I thought it would be fun to make a raw version of that... :P
So raw buffalo cauliflower + raw tacos = Spicy buffalo cauliflower tacos! :D
